Interns to Industry · Workforce development
One pipeline for work-based learning in Northern Santa Barbara County.
EconAlliance runs it. The Workforce Development Board funds the wages. Students, schools, employers, and workforce partners each see their own slice of the same pipeline, and the reporting falls out instead of being assembled by hand.

About this demo
Built by Lighthouse Nonprofit Technologies for EconAlliance to show a direction, not a finished system. Everything inside the demo is fictional sample data; only the Join form collects real information.
- A clickable, hosted prototype: every persona, every live action works.
- TypeScript and Next.js on Vercel, deployed on every change, no setup to view.
- Same records, six lenses, and the reporting falls out of the pipeline.
- Sign-ups at Join are real and go to EconAlliance. Every person and employer inside the preview is fictional.
- No logins for the preview. Your changes are saved for 48 hours and sync to any screen you share them with.
- No WDB, CalJOBS, school, or payroll integrations. Not yet accessibility-audited.
- Identity and role-based access for students, employers, schools, and staff.
- A hosted database under a data agreement between the WDB, EconAlliance, and schools.
- Audit trail on hours and evaluations, WIOA-aligned exports, Spanish, accessibility audit.
- Onboarding for other WDB youth providers on the same pipeline.
